- Optional — Budget range, preferred timeline, attachments
- Automatically collected — Access logs, cookies, IP address, browser information
2. Purpose of Use
The personal information collected is used only for the following purposes.
- Replying to and consulting on inquiries
- Identity verification required to conclude and perform contracts
- Service operation, improvement, and security incident response
- Action against violations of laws and terms
3. Retention and Use Period
The personal information collected is destroyed without delay once the purpose of use has been achieved. However, where retention is required by relevant laws, it is stored securely for the applicable period.
- Records on contracts or withdrawal of subscription — 5 years
- Records on payment and the supply of goods — 5 years
- Records on consumer complaints or dispute resolution — 3 years
4. Provision to Third Parties
As a rule, UNISYS does not provide users' personal information to external parties. The following cases are exceptions.
- When the user has consented in advance
- When required under the provisions of law, or for investigative purposes in accordance with the procedures and methods prescribed by law
