Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms are intended to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities related to the use of software products, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, media platforms, and other services (the "Services") provided by UNISYS (the "Company").
Article 2 (Definitions)
- User — A corporation or individual that uses the Services provided by the Company under these Terms
- Account — The ID and authentication credentials by which a user is identified within the Company's systems
- Content — Data that a user creates, uploads, or manages in the course of using the Services
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)
These Terms take effect upon being posted on the Service screen. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope not contrary to applicable laws, and when doing so will announce the effective date and the reason for the change at least 7 days before the effective date.
Article 4 (Provision of Services)
- The Company makes reasonable efforts to provide stable services.
- The Company may change all or part of the Services as required for operational or technical reasons.
- The Company will provide advance notice that service provision may be temporarily suspended due to system maintenance, replacement, failure, communication outages, or similar reasons.
Article 5 (User Obligations)
- Users must comply with these Terms and applicable laws.
- Users are responsible for securely managing their account and credential information.
- Users must not engage in any act that interferes with the normal operation of the Services.
Article 6 (Intellectual Property)
All intellectual property rights in the software, design, text, and other materials included in the Services belong to the Company or the rightful owner. Intellectual property rights in content entered by users through the Services belong to the users.
Article 7 (Limitation of Liability)
The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by reasons beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, or strikes by telecommunications providers. However, this does not apply to damages caused by the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 8 (Dispute Resolution)
Disputes regarding these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall be the agreed court of jurisdiction.
Addendum
These Terms take effect on January 1, 2026.
